Master of Arts in Counseling from Doane College.
Training:
CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care
Specialties:
I draw from modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness based approaches to meet each client’s individual needs, treating a variety of behavioral health issues. I also provide substance abuse evaluations and outpatient treatment.
Approach:
I have a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, develop healthy coping skills, and build healthier and more fulfilling lives. With a compassionate, client centered approach, my goal is to help individuals facing mental health and substance abuse issues. I hope to provide an environment that is a safe and nonjudgmental space, where people can feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
All Co-Occurring Staff (mental health and substance abuse) provide outpatient treatment covering a wide variety of behavioral health issues through Individual, Family and Marital therapy
(adults and youth).
