Approach:
I love people! My passion to help others, particularly when they’re suffering, is channeled through a person-centered, SOLUTION-FOCUSED lens. I believe we all have God-given gifts and love to help my clients realize their potential. I feel GRATITUDE and MINDFULNESS can be conduits for positive change. Children learn best through fun, play-based activities, and need a safe space to learn new skills. I believe people are inherently good, and there is no such thing as a “bad kid.” I work with children to learn effective social and coping skills, build emotional resilience, and cultivate a sense of self-worth. We don’t get through this life without support and lots of love, and healing is a collaborative endeavor. Every person deserves to be heard, valued, and given grace, especially young people!
All Mental Health Staff provide outpatient treatment covering a wide variety of behavioral health issues through Individual, Family and Marital therapy (adults and youth).
