Approach:
My approach involves exploring the connection between a person’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors/actions to help improve overall life quality. I aim to provide a space that is safe and non-judgmental where a person can begin to heal and feel empowered to make positive changes. As a therapist, I strive to meet people where they are at in their lives and through collaborative efforts, help them create and reach their personal goals. Change is not easy, but if we make the decision to try, it is entirely possible.

All Co-Occurring Staff (mental health and substance abuse) provide outpatient treatment covering a wide variety of behavioral health issues through Individual, Family and Marital therapy
(adults and youth).
