I've worked with clients of all ages ranging from early childhood to late adulthood. I've worked closely with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking, and stalking. I have also worked with high-risk adolescents involved in the juvenile justice system and their families. I strongly believe in empowering parents and families and strongly encourage parents to actively participate in the care and treatment of their children.

I believe in the person-centered approach. I place the client at the heart of their mental health care and empower them to be the primary change maker in their lives. I also believe that mental health isn't a one dimensional issue. One must also account for how they fit within the context of their friends, family, community, work, and belief-system.
