Approach:
I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but also bring in components of dialectical behavior therapy and behavioral therapy. I strive to meet every client where they are at and tailor services to meet their individual needs.
All Mental Health Staff provide outpatient treatment covering a wide variety of behavioral health issues through Individual, Family and Marital therapy (adults and youth).
