My aim is to create a safe, collaborative space that allows you to feel seen, heard, and valued as your authentic self. By integrating Choice Theory and a strengths-based perspective, we focus on what you can control to build new, effective behaviors. My ultimate goal is to empower you to navigate challenges and build a fulfilling life.
All Co-Occurring Staff (mental health and substance abuse) provide outpatient treatment covering a wide variety of behavioral health issues through Individual, Family and Marital therapy
