I've found that building a strong therapeutic relationship is key to facilitating meaningful change. I believe in a holistic and strength-based perspective. This approach is focused on addressing both immediate symptoms and underlying issues. I utilize a blend of therapy techniques all while focusing on the mind-body approach to support individuals in their recovery by combining insight with action. I'm passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges related to addiction by empowering them to live more fulfilling, sober and meaningful lives.
