Approach:

Through the use of a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy, my hope is to improve the daily lives of adults, adolescents, and kids living with anxiety, depression, and traumatic distress.

All Co-Occurring Staff (mental health and substance abuse) provide outpatient treatment covering a wide variety of behavioral health issues through Individual, Family and Marital therapy
(adults and youth).
