My clinical training includes EMDR and Brainspotting, which are methods for addressing trauma and emotional distress. Additionally, I integrate mindfulness into my practice, empowering you with practical skills to regulate your nervous system and cultivate a more peaceful internal state. Through this integrative approach, I help individuals gain insight, heal from the past, and build a more resilient future.
All Co-Occurring Staff (mental health and substance abuse) provide outpatient treatment covering a wide variety of behavioral health issues through Individual, Family and Marital therapy
(adults and youth).
