Specialties:
I aim to meet clients where they are, so I utilize various approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address behavioral health issues. Additionally, I offer Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) services for substance abuse treatment.
Approach:
I am deeply committed to helping individuals, families, couples, and groups gain insights into their current behaviors. My goal is to guide them on their journey to sobriety, help them overcome barriers to achieving their personal goals, and develop coping skills that assist them in leading healthy, productive lives.

All Co-Occurring Staff (mental health and substance abuse) provide outpatient treatment covering a wide variety of behavioral health issues through Individual, Family and Marital therapy
(adults and youth).
